About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Disaster Resilience Specialist to lead the operational management of our unit, overseeing areas such as Security, Emergency Response, Incident Management, Compliance, and Business Continuity.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning, leading, and managing the delivery of complex disaster, business continuity, and emergency management programs, projects, and incident responses.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to recognise problems, formulate, and implement clear and effective solutions. You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing procedures, guidelines, and work instructions for the operational management of the unit.
- Ensuring the effective management of human, financial, and physical assets.
- Leading and managing the delivery of complex disaster, business continuity, and emergency management programs, projects, and incident responses.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.
