Project Manager | Complex Refurb and Newbuild

You will be joining a top-tier national construction organisation, with a specialist division delivering complex new build and refurbishment projects across sectors such as health, sciences, education, and civic projects. These projects often involve challenging builds that traditional refurb head contractors may struggle to deliver.
As a Project or Senior Project Manager (depending on experience), you will report to the Construction Director and lead a small team across one to two projects, overseeing financial performance, project deliverables, and team development.
The company handles projects ranging from $500K to $30M. This role requires a Senior Project Manager experienced in delivering complex projects over $15M. Due to ongoing opportunities, you will lead a new project team, expanding the existing six teams, with a focus on developing CAs and Site Managers.
