As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies. This involves ensuring the correct outcome has been made by assessing claims against policy terms and conditions.
- Reviewing and analysing claims to determine their validity and coverage.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to discuss claim outcomes and dispute resolution.
- Preparing and drafting documentation to support claim decisions and communicate with stakeholders.
