We are seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of café operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily food and beverage sales, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve service delivery and customer interaction through staff training and strategy implementation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage café staff, including creating schedules and addressing performance issues.
  • Design and update the menu to align with customer preferences and seasonal trends while ensuring high standards.
  • Manage inventory, track levels, place orders, and conduct audits to prevent shortages and waste.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and manage the café's budget, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Analyse financial data to enhance profitability, execute marketing promotions, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and addressing any issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, use feedback to improve the café experience, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
