**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our SHEIKE team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective commercial decision-making and operational execution.
  • Lead by example, inspiring a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the store team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Meet and exceed sales, profit targets, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the SHEIKE brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
