Head of IT Operations

**Your New Role:** You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assets and establishing/maintaining service catalogues. You will work closely with the CISO on all security matters and lead the Change Advisory Board for infrastructure.

Overall, this is a highly strategic but hands-on role that requires a 'doer' who wants autonomy and ownership over large-scale cloud migration projects in a rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of assets and establish/maintain service catalogues
  • Work closely with the CISO on all security matters
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board for infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar Head of IT Operations role
  • Proven transformation experience in delivering large-scale cloud migrations (1,000+ users)
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking and security principles
  • Proven experience delivering commercial results and contract performance through vendors
  • Strong business acumen and drive with a strong customer focus and outcome orientation
