Operations Director - Cloud Infrastructure

The role of the Operations Director - Cloud Infrastructure is to oversee the operational delivery of cloud infrastructure services. This involves ensuring effective delivery of end-to-end run services in line with Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments.

  • Accountability: Total accountability over all aspects of the delivery of the run services for the domain, including management of resources and quality monitoring.
  • Leadership: Leadership of all resources assigned, including resource optimization and crisis management.
  • Risk Management: Management of key risks/operational issues with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience within operations management with a proven track record in cost performance, delivery, and client management.
  • Skills: Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: ITIL v4 certification, strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Education: Good knowledge of financial and contract management, experience in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution.
