- Coordinating within teams, management, and clients to ensure safe and efficient work practices
The successful candidate will manage a team of 2-10 people throughout the mechanical construction process, focusing on safety standards, project timelines, and quality control.
Requirements- Previous experience in construction or site management, preferably in renewable energy
- Ability to lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Strong people and leadership skills, with excellent communication abilities
This role requires extensive travel and physical fitness to work in a field-based environment.
