In a world of increasing complexity, our team is seeking an experienced professional to join us in shaping the future of strategic consulting. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work closely with clients to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, and search for and advise on hidden value.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home or in our Perth office, with potential options for reduced hours. We encourage applications from individuals with a strong work ethic, ability to adapt to new challenges, and experience in transaction diligence within a consulting environment.

About the Role

\
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyze financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information, and identifying issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders.
  • Write up findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
