Project Management Opportunity
This is a project management opportunity that involves providing support to the client's project team. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a PMO or project support role with a strong governance and compliance focus. They will also have demonstrated ability to take professional meeting minutes and produce executive-level board packs.
Responsibilities include conducting regular quality checks of project documentation, maintaining audit readiness, preparing high-quality board and governance packs for steering committees and leadership meetings, and producing clear, timely reports and dashboards on project status, risks, and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required, while a master's degree and certification in project management are desirable.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
