Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused professionals to provide prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our clients through multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Provide excellent customer service via various communication channels.
  • Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Analyse and respond to trading inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a client-first mindset while adhering to industry best practices.
  • 2+ years' experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5 or Iress is an advantage.
  • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
  • Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
