Job Opportunity:

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-performing team in a hospital environment and deliver contractual obligations that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of site operations, including exceeding contractual obligations
  • Maintain effective processes and improve service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management
  • Lead and support a large team of Security Officers across various sites
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration by inspiring high performers
  • Adhere to and exemplify the company's values and policies
  • Manage challenging conversations and underperforming team members
  • Prioritize health and safety, actively promoting it

Requirements:

  • A dedicated security professional with at least 5+ years of security leadership experience managing large teams in high-profile or high-risk environments
  • VIC Security License including Control Room accreditation
  • Proficiency in Access Control, CCTV Operations, Patrolling, Alarm Response, and Incident Response (including restraint techniques)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with advanced computer skills
  • A proactive approach to cultural and operational changes, with a focus on positive team development
