SAP Process Lead

The SAP Key User will be responsible for leading the definition of standards, processes, and instructions associated with cross-functional processes. This is a 12-month fixed-term position based at our Rollingstock Manufacturing Site in Dandenong.
About Your New Role- Analyze the IT landscape and contribute to the development of an IT strategic roadmap to deliver target processes.
- Provide standard methods (processes) and IS&T tools to support overall Supply Chain process.
- Lead the definition of new IS&T tools or improve existing methods and tools based on business requirements and budget constraints.
- Drive the deployment of new core tools and ensure they are applied in a proper and efficient manner.
- Validate alignment between new processes and available tools.
- Provide sustainable support to sites, including technical training and key user skill development.
- Animate Key Users' networks.
- Plan and conduct regular reports and reviews to monitor adherence and report performance (Key Performance Indicators) of processes and tools.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in cooperation with the IS&T team.
- Support mobilizations requests from Regions/Sites or other Alstom departments on assigned domains.
- Conduct Supply Chain continuous technology watch with key contribution to Digital operations definition within and between Alstom sites.

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Supply Chain certification is desirable.
- Experience with ERPs (SAP preferred), Supply Chain concepts, processes, and continuous improvement.
- Rolling Stock background experience is highly desirable.
