Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, resident-focused physiotherapy services.

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies to meet each client's unique needs. You will also design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged, working closely with the team to achieve desired outcomes.

This is a full-time role requiring regular travel between sites in Derby and Fitzroy Crossing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored care plans
  • Developing individualized exercise programs for optimal client engagement
  • Providing equipment assessments and prescriptions to enhance client autonomy and well-being
  • Fostering collaboration and successful outcomes through effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and care coordination

Key qualifications include:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (essential)
  • Previous experience in aged care or similar setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, and evaluate quality care
