About the Role:
The Asset Inspection Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the planned inspection of assets within their region. This role ensures that each delivery package is commenced and delivered to the expected standard and within regulatory timeframes.
The successful candidate will have high organization and planning skills, strong communication, and a friendly disposition. They will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing work schedules and strategies to deliver inspection cycles.
- Monitoring the progress of programs of work and ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
- Ensuring work instructions issued to the field workforce are accurate and conform to procedures.
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders to arrange access for inspectors when assets are inaccessible.
- Acting as the key point of contact to the asset inspectors and team leaders for support on delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in coordinating work program packages for field execution, with specific experience in scheduling electrical maintenance, inspection, and construction advantageous.
- A good understanding of asset inspection and management.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
- Understanding and ability to use SAP and Click.
- Diploma of ESI - Power Systems is advantageous.
- Project Management experience is advantageous.
