Structural Engineering Lead Position
">This is a leadership role for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead and develop our Sydney team, working on diverse water infrastructure projects.
">As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction support. You will lead structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, treatment facilities, and general industrial projects.
">The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with significant experience in steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing, roofing). Experience with concrete or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential.
">You should have excellent technical and communication skills, with a desire to lead and mentor teams, ensuring project success. A collaborative working style, embracing interdisciplinary teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning and career development are also essential.
