- Collaborate with project managers to work on the largest renewables projects, providing guidance on key contractual provisions, assisting in managing contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual timeframes and mechanisms.
- Lead the preparation and submission of correspondence, notices, and claims using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
About You:
- 4+ years relevant experience working in construction, utilities, energy, or a similar project-based environment is required.
- Essential experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, contract formulation, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers is essential.
- Essential ability to understand design and construction contracts is necessary.
- Desirable experience working with an in-house legal team is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders are required.
- High-level contract administration, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential.
