Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist to join our project delivery team. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing project contracts and administering associated project controls to support the construction and commissioning of large, complex renewables infrastructure projects in Australia.
About the RoleThe Renewable Energy Contracts Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end contract suite on large scale, complex renewables projects in construction;
- Supporting project leadership to ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to;
- Providing advice and support the negotiation of contract variations and amendments during construction;
- Maintaining control processes and developing systems to manage contract documents and correspondence;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate level degree in law, business, or a relevant field; a legal background is advantageous;
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to renewable energy projects;
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and relevant regulations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex contractual situations and provide practical solutions;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
