Home Claims Experience Leader
About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled leader to oversee the delivery of innovative Home Claims experiences. This individual will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad, collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements, and prioritizing initiatives that drive improvement in experience, compliance, and commercial value.

This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services, as well as expertise in delivering projects in agile environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across business and technology units.


Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of initiatives aligned to consumer insurance strategic objectives
  • Define clear business requirements and prioritize backlog initiatives to improve experience, compliance, and commercial value
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units, technology, and external vendors

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering projects in agile environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership or similar delivery role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology units
