We are seeking an experienced Digital Claims Experience Leader to lead the design and delivery of customer-first digital solutions across our Home Claims portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and wants to make a direct impact on customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
  • Leading cross-functional agile squads, fostering alignment, collaboration and outcome delivery
  • Defining clear business requirements and prioritising initiatives that improve experience, compliance and value
  • Facilitating effective testing, UAT/PVT, release activities and change management to support solution deployment
  • Serving as the voice of the business in collaboration with tech, risk, regulatory and project teams
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across business units, technology and external vendors
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering projects in agile environments, with at least 1 year in a leadership or similar delivery role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and tech
  • Strong business acumen, data literacy and a deep understanding of customer-led design
  • A collaborative mindset, with strong influencing and communication skills
