Experience Owner - Home Claims Transformation

This is an exciting contract opportunity to lead a cross-functional delivery team and shape the Home Claims experience for thousands of customers.

About the Role:
  • End-to-end delivery of initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Lead a agile squad, fostering alignment, collaboration, and outcome delivery
  • Define clear business requirements and prioritise initiatives that improve customer experience, compliance and commercial value
  • Facilitate effective testing, release activities and change management to support solution deployment
  • Act as the voice of the business in collaboration with tech, risk and project teams
  • Maintain strong relationships across business units and technology teams
Your Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering projects in agile environments, with at least 1 year in a Delivery Lead or similar role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and tech
  • Strong business acumen, data literacy and a deep understanding of customer-led design
  • A collaborative mindset, with strong influencing and communication skills
