Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at our new premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.

You will also lead and manage a team of personal carers, building their capability and overseeing their performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently, and effectively.

We are looking for a candidate with a positive personality and attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
  • First Aid and CPR qualification
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English
