Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse in Charge to lead our night duty shifts at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of personal carers to ensure exceptional care is provided.
You will be required to develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, and deliver care services accordingly to ensure accreditation at all times.
About YouWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with a positive personality and attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care, a current registration with the NSW Registration Board, and a First Aid and CPR qualification.
Desirable skills include experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement, monitoring infection control, care planning and assessment, palliative care, dementia care, and ACFI/AN-ACC experience.
