About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in Charge to lead our night duty shifts at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, ensuring their individual needs are met and their health and wellbeing are optimized.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, and delivering care services accordingly to ensure accreditation at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019
  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents
  • Develop and maintain a culture of excellence in care delivery
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
  • Minimum 2 years Aged Care experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • First Aid and CPR qualification essential
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English
