Job Description:
The Veterinary Relationship Manager role at SASH is a unique opportunity to foster strong relationships with our referring veterinarian partners. This position involves extensive travel, with the successful candidate visiting clinics regularly to provide support and educate veterinarians on SASH's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians through face-to-face interactions, email, phone, and e-meetings.
- Plan and facilitate educational events to support veterinarians and enhance their understanding of SASH's offerings.
- Provide support and information to deliver additional value to referring veterinarians, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Veterinary Relationship Manager team in NSW to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
- Work closely with the SASH Marketing Team to develop marketing materials relevant for referring veterinary clinics.
- Manage and administer tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective reporting.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual who can advocate for SASH and bring a commercial understanding to the management of relationships and external stakeholders. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and a keen understanding of how to add value to our partners. A strong computer literacy skills and the ability to work autonomously while being a team player are essential.
Desirable:
- Experience working in an emergency and/or referral veterinary clinic or a willingness to practice in this space is highly regarded.
- Sales or commercial experience will be beneficial in this role.
