About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rotating Shift Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team at our Rooftiles production site in Springvale, Victoria.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Australian business that values innovation and sustainability. You will work a rotating shift schedule, one week-day shift (6am-2pm) and one week afternoon shift (2pm-10pm), with overtime available.
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in manufacturing or building, be willing to multi-skill, and demonstrate good attendance and a strong awareness of health, safety, and the environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance and operation of the tile production line to produce interlocking concrete roof tiles, with training provided.
- Prepare the machine for the next shift, including calibration, cleaning, and testing.
- Perform quality testing procedures to ensure products meet Australian standards.
- Maintain safe work practices and high housekeeping standards.
- Minorly troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Background in manufacturing or building
- Willingness to multi-skill
- Good attendance record
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental issues
