Shift Production Specialist

About the Role:
A key position has become available for a Rotating Shift Production Operator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Victoria. The successful candidate will be required to work one week of morning shift and one week of afternoon shift, as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the maintenance and operation of the tile production line to produce high-quality interlocking concrete roof tiles.
- Preparing the machine ready for the commencement of the following shift, including calibration, cleaning, operator asset care and test running.
- Performing quality testing procedures to ensure that products meet the requirements of industry standards.
- Maintaining safe work practices and a high standard of housekeeping.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar production environment and possess excellent communication skills. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 4:30am to 2:00pm, Friday: 4:30am to 12:30pm
- Monday to Thursday: 1:45pm to 11:00pm, Friday: 12:15pm to 9:15pm
