This is an exciting opportunity for a Grade 1 or Grade 2 rotational pharmacist to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a rotational pharmacy specialist, you will deliver safe, effective, and connected care across acute, sub-acute, mental health, and community health services.

The role includes:

  • Clinical service delivery in diverse areas such as medication supply, education, and rotation through different sites.
  • Additional responsibilities in specialized practice and education for Grade 2 applicants.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Full Pharmacy Board of Australia registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice, or an appropriate pharmaceutical qualification eligible for registration.
  • Adequate level of clinical knowledge of current drug usage, interactions, and counselling.
  • Highly developed communication and liaison skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Recent hospital pharmacy experience working as a clinical pharmacist (desirable).

This is a rotational role, and the successful candidate will participate in rotations to different sites.
