Job Opportunity

The Security Services Manager position plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of security operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage teams of professionals, overseeing performance, coaching, career development, and training.
  • Workload & Governance Oversight: Coordinate activities and deliverables, ensuring prioritization, scheduling, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain effective tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes for delivering secure ICT and cyber solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with technical leaders to design and deliver complex solutions.
  • Security Incident Response: Contribute to incident response by coordinating technical teams and communication channels.

About You

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated technical and team leadership in operational roles.
  • ITIL Process Expertise: Practical experience with ITIL Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes.
  • Cyber Security Exposure: Background in Cyber Security Operations or supporting services is preferred.

This role requires Australian citizenship and the ability to uplift to NV-2 level security clearance.
