  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales
  • Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
  • Stock management and merchandising experience
  • Understanding of sales budgets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of rosters, wage control and people performance
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
  • Motivation to be successful; confident and passionate
  • You have a passion for fashion footwear
