Counselling Service Leader

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality, inclusive and responsive counselling services across three Australian campuses. This role involves effective leadership, management and collaboration to promote student mental wellbeing.
">Key Responsibilities- Supervise a multidisciplinary mental health team and develop service improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to counselling staff
- Contribute to strategic planning and represent mental health services on university-wide committees
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Mental Health Nursing
- Registration with a relevant professional association
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex clinical cases and risk assessment
