Role Overview:

Our sales and marketing teams are dedicated to demonstrating how Seismic can enhance internal collaboration through effective content utilization. We aim to tell the Seismic story thoughtfully, ultimately assisting brands in empowering their go-to-market teams.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned sales professional with a robust background in solution sales, boasting at least 5 years of experience in the high-tech or software industry, along with a proven track record of driving, managing, and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • A motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • An articulate communicator capable of conveying our value proposition to C-Level executives, as well as Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Experienced in consultative sales methodologies within a SaaS/Cloud context.
  • Possessing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Seismic Software, the leading Sales Enablement Solution, to various enterprise accounts within the ANZ region.
  • Oversee intricate sales cycles, from initial discovery through relationship management to closing deals.
  • Generate new business by cultivating a network of customers and industry contacts to drive sales development and success.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Engineering team to tailor product demonstrations and design solution packages that align with client needs.
  • Draft proposals that outline consultative solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Develop referrals and establish reference accounts by nurturing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Provide thought leadership on innovative ideas and strategies to tackle sales productivity challenges.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of 5 years of solution sales experience, with a proven history of driving, managing, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Experience in selling software solutions (cloud/SaaS).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Capability to articulate the value proposition to C-Level executives, as well as Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Proven consultative sales skills in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings, industry events, and client engagements.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
