Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Membership Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of transactions, while also contributing to the day-to-day administration, retention, and improvement of Customer Service Team activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate relevant processes to ensure seamless transaction processing
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Customer Service Team activities, including administration, retention, and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service - either call centre, member services, or similar
  • Strong PC skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
