Project Coordination Role

This position is accountable for achieving project success through effective communication with key stakeholders and providing expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle of assigned capital projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Deliver exceptional stakeholder management to mitigate potential risks and demonstrate project value-add.
  • Develop contract documentation, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and execute work plans.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting change activities and collaborating with team members.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field and/or several years of demonstrated experience in Capital Project Management.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management in construction or recreation facilities areas.
  • Proven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent people skills to support, influence, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
