Strategic Real Estate Systems Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Technology Manager to lead our technology strategy and implementation across sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the real estate technology roadmap, focusing on integration, reporting, and optimization of Proptech tools.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to design, implement, and improve technology solutions.
- Provide training and guidance on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners.
- Design frameworks for data integration, reporting, and optimization of Proptech tools.
- Monitor and report on return on investment (ROI), usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business and relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments.
- Proficiency in various real estate CRMs, integrations, and developing technology adoption strategies.
