Product Growth Specialist

This role is for a skilled engineer who can own frontend delivery across high-impact growth experiments.
- You will be responsible for delivering key experiences that drive customer conversion and help scale the business.
- Deliver high-quality frontend code on time and within budget
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, data and marketing teams to achieve business goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Commercial product engineering experience with a focus on growth and experimentation
- Proficiency in Vue.js (or React) and solid fundamentals in frontend architecture
- Ability to work across the stack and grow backend skills as needed
- $1500 annual learning and development budget
- Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave top-up
- Hybrid-friendly offices with wellbeing and fitness tools included
- 8 weeks a year to work remotely from anywhere
