Room Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team in Moorabbin.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate early childhood professional to lead our team of educators and create engaging learning experiences for children. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the daily operations of the room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality education and care services to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Previous leadership experience or willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
