Delivering a better transport experience for regional communities, businesses and visitors requires dedicated professionals who can drive improvement and innovation. As a Regional Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our services and infrastructure to meet the needs of all Victorians.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and contribute to the delivery of regional projects, risk management planning, coordination and support. You will work closely with our teams to leverage existing systems and procedures to improve outcomes, quality and efficiency of work.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose trends, obstacles and opportunities in the internal and external environment that connect to your work and team's work
- Coach others in using systems thinking to solve problems and create solutions
- Monitors customer satisfaction to gain critical insights
