
Regional Practice Improvement Lead

The successful candidate will lead and enhance embedded practice across up to 12 services in their region, implementing the organization's way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance. They will coach and mentor teams, focusing on improvement and the cascading of knowledge, while contributing to critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional practice, driving improvement, and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will have:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require:
- Previous experience in the OSHC industry
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and Regulations
- Strong understanding of National laws & Regulations
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
- Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
- Current first aid certification
- Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in their region
