We are seeking an experienced professional to provide functional support for Dynamics 365 CE applications, addressing issues related to configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
This role involves troubleshooting and resolving functional problems, logging and managing support tickets through to resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely updates on issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is required.
This position can be based in Australia or New Zealand (Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane / Auckland / Christchurch).
Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
