About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ITS Superintendent to lead our team of technicians in delivering exceptional service and project execution. As a key member of our organization, you will apply your extensive knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems and technical solutions to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the engineering aspects of service delivery and project execution through design activities, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
  • Develop and implement the Maintenance Management Plan, ensuring optimal system performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with the ITS Lead to secure external resources and apply lessons learned from previous projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Diagnose and resolve delivery-related issues through thorough documentation and escalation, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and manage deliverables and tasks for integration into the baseline maintenance schedule, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and vendors regarding project aspects, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in Intelligent Transport Systems, with a strong background in Traffic Signals.
  • Tertiary qualification in electrical/control systems or communication engineering, with a valid driver's license and white card.
