Your Profile

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on procurement expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering value through effective sourcing and supplier management.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
  • At least five years' experience in tactical sourcing and procurement, preferably within a complex, multi-site operation in the mining industry.
  • Expertise in using advanced procurement systems, with a high level of computer literacy.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build collaborative relationships across teams and suppliers.
