Your Role in the Tiffany Legacy

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Bondi Junction store as a Client Advisor on a full-time basis. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an uncompromising luxurious experience to our clients, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the growth and development of our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with our clients to ensure a unique and personalized customer experience.
  • Deliver exceptional sales and service skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our client base through innovative sales strategies and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
