About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Sydney. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strategic selling and product expertise to drive sales and exceed individual targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve annual net sales targets
  • Provide personalized interactions with customers to cultivate strong relationships and drive repeat business
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills
  • Manage customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience and strong customer service ethics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
