Client Services Representative

As a key member of our Discretionary Trust team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior executives in all aspects of client engagement, including communication, administration, and technical support.

  • Support senior executives in managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client-centric strategies to enhance service quality and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth through account management.

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of risk management and insurance products.
