Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service professional to support our team.

  • Management of diaries for advisors is another key responsibility.
  • A quality check process will be implemented to ensure documents prepared by other team members meet client meeting requirements.
  • Social media activities, including the monthly newsletter, will be managed and scheduled.
  • Shared inboxes will be maintained.
  • Compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and licensee regulations is crucial.
  • Accurate client records and database management is necessary.
  • Project support work will be provided as directed by the Practice Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A personalised approach to customer service is vital.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills are necessary.
  • Previous experience in an administration role is preferred.
