Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost management on multiple projects to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Lead project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop fee proposals and participate in business development initiatives.
  • Manage commissioning processes and oversee financials on projects.
  • Assist with carbon calculation services and lead when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cost management or senior cost management.
  • Pre-contract and post-contract experience preferred.
  • MRICS or MAIQS certification advantageous.
  • Commercial development and fit-out sector experience beneficial.
