Senior Project Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to lead our commercial and contractual efforts on various projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate contractual claims with sub-contractors, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Assist project managers in procurement, providing expert advice on contract documentation and commercial aspects.
- Coordinate efficient delivery of contract documents, maintaining accurate records and timelines.
- Manage interface between Client Commercial/Contract Team and other stakeholders, promoting seamless collaboration.
- Conduct cost and risk analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigating potential threats.
- Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team and/or subcontractors, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and agreements.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant tertiary qualifications. A minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor is required, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
