Our Seven Phillip Island Resort is currently seeking a customer-service-oriented Activities Coordinator to enhance our Front Office Team.

Key Qualifications:

Provide outstanding customer service to our owners and guests Knowledgeable about resort cleanliness and standards Attention to detail with precise and thorough cleaning abilities Capability to manage multiple tasks Comfort in addressing groups Efficient and effective cleaning within designated timeframes Possess proactive, energetic, and self-motivated qualities Flexibility to work within varied schedules Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling and booking guests for Resort Activities Ensure activities are properly prepared in advance with all necessary resources available according to the activities program. Facilitate activity programs as directed by supervisors or managers Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Activities Supervisor
