We are currently in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Project Director to lead our enthusiastic Phillip Island Sales Team. This role presents a unique opportunity to demonstrate exceptional leadership and achieve outstanding results. You will spearhead the team by implementing key sales strategies aimed at ensuring the continuous development and growth of the site.

Role Overview

The Project Director is responsible for planning, managing, and directing the daily functions of the sales team to achieve maximum sales efficiency while upholding high-quality standards. This position is crucial in ensuring that the site meets or exceeds its monthly budget in a positive and compliant manner. The Project Director will provide motivation, guidance, and leadership to team members, ensuring they meet or surpass the site’s objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Timeshare or Vacation Ownership sales, with experience in managing a successful high-volume sales team. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals is essential. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance, along with effective communication skills, are vital for building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the sales management team maintains a positive interface with all on-site and corporate departments, actively supporting recommendations from Developer Representatives. Share responsibilities as a presenter/trainer as needed. Foster community relations between the company and the local area through proactive representation and community engagement. Utilize sales, marketing, and financial reports to manage site profitability effectively. Actively support and model compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are current to facilitate sales operations. Build, develop, and manage an engaged and motivated team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to support their development and identify training needs. Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements. Identify trends and root causes, taking action to achieve desired results. Develop initiatives that promote open communication. Consult with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing changes. Uphold health and safety policies and ensure compliance among all employees. Exhibit customer-centric service principles in all interactions. Demonstrate innovation by inspiring and improving processes and products. Show integrity by taking responsibility and delivering on commitments. Exhibit leadership values through effective communication and respect for peers and managers.
